SUMMARY:The Circulation of Images / Online International Conference
DESCRIPTION:The Circulation of Images\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOnline International Conference\n\n\n\n\n\nIf the discipline of art history has been studying the circulations of artists and artworks for many years\, studying the circulation of images raises more difficulties. This conference invites artists (among them Silvie Defraoui\, Hippolyte Hentgen\, Jean-Baptiste Lenglet et Matt Mullican\, etc.)art historians\, and historians\, as well as specialists of artificial vision and cognitive studies\, to highlight what circulations do to images\, and what images do when they circulate. It will take place online on the Imago Center website (www.imago.ens.fr)\, on June 15\, 16\, 17 and 18 2020.
